  • Income — a stable salaried or self-employed income; minimums vary by card.
  • Credit history — your credit report and repayment track record.

  • Income proof — recent salary slips, bank statements or ITR, as requested.
  • Serviceable location — your city or PIN code must be serviced by the issuer.
Application assistance

How we help — and where we draw the line

What we do

  • Explain card categories, features and fees to check
  • Share typical eligibility and a document checklist
  • Guide you through the issuer's official application steps
  • Help you follow up on your application status

What we never do

  • Ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or passwords
  • Promise or guarantee approval or a credit limit
  • Ask you to pay money to "speed up" approval
  • Share your details without your consent
Sampark Enterprise provides credit card enquiry and application assistance. Eligibility, fees, credit limits, approval decisions, and card issuance are determined by the respective issuing bank or financial institution. Application assistance does not guarantee approval.
FAQs

Credit card questions, answered

Cashback cards return value directly, which is simple to track. Rewards cards give points that can be worth more when redeemed well, but involve redemption rules and expiry. If you prefer simplicity, cashback often suits better; if you spend across many categories and like to redeem, rewards may suit you.

Timelines are set by the issuing bank and depend on document verification and its internal checks. We can help you track progress, but we cannot speed up or influence the bank's decision.

Some banks offer cards against a fixed deposit, which may have different documentation requirements. Availability depends on the issuer — ask us and we'll explain what may be possible for your profile.

Only the issuing bank. It sets the credit limit based on its own assessment of your income, credit history and other factors.

No. Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or password with anyone, including people claiming to represent us or a bank. Sampark Enterprise will never ask for these. If you receive such a request, report it to your bank and at cybercrime.gov.in or the helpline 1930.
